The most common reasons for a delayed or rejected withdrawal are:
  • An active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement — you need to meet the playthrough before cashing out

  • The withdrawal amount is below the minimum or above the maximum daily limit
  • A mismatch between your registered details and your payment account name

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough) is the number of times you need to play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw the winnings derived from it. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 20,000 in bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The requirement applies to bonus funds only — your real-money balance is always freely withdrawable.

Double-check that the code has been entered exactly as shown — promo codes are case-sensitive. Also confirm that the promotion is still active and that your account meets any eligibility criteria (e.g. first deposit only, minimum deposit amount). If the code still does not apply, contact live chat support and they can manually verify and credit the offer to your account.

No — bonus funds are locked until the wagering requirement is completed. However, you can forfeit a bonus at any time from your account settings if you prefer to play purely with real money. Forfeiting a bonus cancels any associated winnings from that bonus. Your original deposit amount remains unaffected.

Yes. Vortex Game covers live in-play betting on PSL matches, T20 internationals, and other major cricket fixtures. Odds update ball by ball during a live match so you can react to the action as it happens. Log into your account and open the sports section to see all available live markets.

Most cricket bets are settled within a few minutes of the official result being confirmed. For T20 and PSL matches this is usually well within an hour of the final over. Winnings are credited to your account balance in PKR immediately upon settlement and you can request a withdrawal right away.

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined under DLS or standard rules, most pre-match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance in full. In-play bets are handled based on the market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing. Always check the individual market rules before betting on weather-affected fixtures.

Getting the Vortex Game app installed and running on your Android device.

Visit the Download page on your Android phone and tap the download button to get the APK file. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings → Security and enable "Install from unknown sources" (or "Install unknown apps" depending on your Android version). Once installed, log in with your existing credentials or register a new account directly inside the app.

The most common cause of a failed APK installation is that "Install from unknown sources" has not been enabled in your device settings. Go to Settings → Security → enable the option, then try installing again. If the issue persists, check that you have enough storage space on your device and that the APK downloaded completely without interruption. Re-downloading from the Download page usually resolves the problem.
