Vortex Game Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Vortex Game ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Vortex Game website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at vortexgame.onl.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on Vortex Game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with us or any other gaming platform.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You agree to keep your registration details updated at all times and to notify us of any changes promptly.

Vortex Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the registration process or prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, or household — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any pending balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Vortex Game support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing your account to protect your balance. Vortex Game cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to report the issue promptly or where the breach resulted from your own negligence in protecting your credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. This includes all bets placed, games played, and transactions made, regardless of whether you personally initiated them. We recommend enabling all available security features on your account and using a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Vortex Game account or any balance within it to another person.

04 Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. There is currently no maximum deposit cap, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your Vortex Game account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Occasional processing delays may occur due to network conditions or payment provider maintenance, which are outside our control.

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from accounts or payment methods registered to another person — are not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.
• We reserve the right to request proof of payment method ownership before approving a withdrawal where the deposit source is unclear.

Vortex Game does not charge players a deposit fee. Any charges applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer are outside our control and are borne by the player.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their original source. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative verified method may be used subject to identity verification.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in your name and match your Vortex Game account details.
• We reserve the right to perform identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests may take between a few minutes and several business days to complete depending on the payment method and any verification requirements in place at the time.
• Withdrawal requests that are submitted while a bonus is active and has unmet wagering requirements will be held until the requirements are either met or the bonus is forfeited.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Vortex Game offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free Bingo tickets, Cricket cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms listed on the Promotions page as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific bonus is stated clearly on the promotion detail page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money balance is used and depleted first unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• The minimum qualifying deposit for a deposit-matched bonus is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Vortex Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. In the event of system errors that result in incorrect bonus amounts being credited, we reserve the right to correct the error.

Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus terms, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse activity will have their account permanently closed and any balances forfeited. This includes using VPNs, shared devices, or shared payment methods to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.

07 Gameplay & Fair Play

Vortex Game is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All casino games — including Slots, Bingo, and Table Games — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including Vortex Game itself.

Live Casino games are delivered via verified studio providers with licensed dealers. All live game streams are subject to regular auditing by the provider to ensure accuracy and fairness.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the system. Errors resulting from technical faults will be investigated and resolved in line with the relevant game provider's rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your internet connection dropping during play.
• Game history is logged and stored. You can review your recent game activity from your account dashboard.
• Vortex Game does not guarantee any minimum return or profit from gameplay. All games carry an inherent house edge that is disclosed within the individual game information panel.

08 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section of Vortex Game covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered accepted once you receive a confirmation from the platform. Odds displayed are subject to change until the moment of confirmation. In-play odds are live and can change rapidly during the course of a match.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Vortex Game reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in cases where a match is abandoned, postponed, or where a clear pricing error has occurred. In these cases, the stake is returned to your account balance.
• PSL & Cricket Events: For PSL matches and international cricket, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results will be respected for matches affected by weather. Specific market settlement rules are displayed within each market.
• Esports: All Esports bets are subject to the official result as declared by the tournament organiser. Abandoned or forfeited matches will have bets voided unless the outcome was already determined at the point of abandonment.
• Suspicious Activity: Vortex Game reserves the right to void or withhold payment on bets where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting patterns.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Vortex Game:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games, poker, or any other game type where collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter with Vortex Game support.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Vortex Game reserves the right to close the account, retain any balance to cover losses or fraud costs, and report the activity to relevant financial or legal authorities where required.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Vortex Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• At your own request, including requests made under our self-exclusion programme.
• Prolonged inactivity as defined in our inactive account policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be retained at our discretion. If the closure is initiated by you, or is due to circumstances unrelated to a breach, your remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are complete.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe and return any eligible balance accordingly.

11 Privacy & Data

Vortex Game collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

We use your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support, and comply with our internal anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vortex Game's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business — arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms
